Let’s admit it, what all have we not tried throwing in our omelettes, right? From cheese, bell peppers and tomatoes to coriander and very rarely have we been disappointed with the results. Take, for instance, this African omelette. The layers of indulgence in this morning dish is enough to make us salivate at any point in time. Bursting with protein, this omelette comprises the goodness of minced mutton, onions, red chilli paste and bay leaf. This wholesome omelette can be made in a few minutes, and there is enough room to experiment too! You can throw in some shredded cheese and herbs of your choice.
